With an altitude of 1,400 to 2,100 m.a.s.l, Djimma is the largest producer of commercial-grade coffee. The coffees from this Western part of the country have some stone fruit flavors of yellow plum and apricot, some tropical flavor of mango, and some sweet citrus flavors of orange zest. You will also find a bright citric acidity and a lovely silky body all together in these coffees.
