YIRGACHEFE

Located in Gedeo regional state, Yirgachefe coffees have unique characteristics. We collect Yirgachefe coffees, mostly, from small scale farmers in Idido, Aricha and Dumerso weredas, whose altitude stands between 1,600 and 2,400 m.a.s.l.
Coffees from this area are bright, medium-bodied with distinct floral tones in aroma. They have intense and complex flavor, flowery, medium to pointed grandly exhilarating acidity, flavor-saturated finish with good and extended aftertaste.
