Ethiopian coffees are known for their bright fruited and floral flavors. They have higher acidity, light to medium body and complex flavor notes.

We have either washed or naturally processed coffee beans. Most of Amenat’s coffees, however, are naturally processed, dried with the fruit left on the bean, without removing the fruit pulp until just before export. That is how it has been done in Ethiopia for centuries and that’s what we want to do the most, so you get the specialty coffee from the special coffee producing country. We have natural coffee from Yirgachefe, Guji, Harar, Sidama, Djimma and Nekempte.

Also, when we wet process or wash the beans, we have state-of-the-art equipment and system to do it best. We source washed coffee from Yirgachefe, Sidama, Guji and Limu.
